Verse In Action
Students will be assigned a scene from a Shakespeare play that explores moments of heightened physical and emotional contact—such as verbal conflict, friendship, love, or kinship—with some incorporation of physical violence, intimacy, or resistance as needed.

Throughout the semester , students will learn and refine a choreographed movement sequence inspired by The Wand Dance from Harry Potter & The Cursed Child.

Students wil llearn a stylized fight sequence inspired by the Rumble from The Outsiders: A New Musical.

Chorus: 448 Pyschosis Ensemble Monologue
Working with selected texts from 4.48 Pyschosis by Sarah Kane, students will create and perform a physicalized group monologue using chorus techniques.

Volatile Duets
As a short-form creative study, students will devise & perform a 30-second duet exploring volatility, resistance, and physical tension.

Flow-Works Drill Design & Teaching
Drawing from the “Flow & Spatial Awareness” unit, each student will design and lead a brief movement drill that activates flow, directional awareness, and full-body engagement.

Movement Graduation Sequence
Students will perform a final showcase featuring excerpts from in-class showings and their prepared scenes.
