FLOW WORKS
DRILLS
Drawing from the “Flow & Spatial Awareness” unit, each student will design and lead a brief movement drill (30 - 60 seconds) that activates flow, directional awareness, and full-body engagement. These drills should serve as potential warm-ups for ensemble work, and will be presented and taught to the class.
Assessment
Students will be assessed on the following: cclarity and effectiveness of drill design; embodiment of flow and directional awareness; ability to activate full-body engagement; clarity of verbal instruction and physical demonstration; pacing, rhythm, and adaptability of the sequence; connection to course concepts; and leadership presence in facilitating ensemble warm-up
